Omelette Factory Arrives in Gnawnia!
A large Omelette Factory appeared in Gnawnia, in the same place where the Chocolate Factory was last year! As usual, hunters need to head directly to that location and begin hunting!
As in years past, hunters need to use their Eggscavator to locate the eggs. For those of you new to MH, this instrument sits in your inventory – it is not a trap. You need it however to find eggs all over the kingdom though! To get to that point, you have to find the 10 basic eggs in the Omelette Factory and then your Eggscavator will be re-calibrated!
If you do not already have an Eggscavator, you can buy it in the General Store at the factory or get one as loot from the Eggscavator mouse. Buying it would be easier. In order to successfully hunt here, you need to use Marshmallow Monterrey. You can get it from friends as a gift, or you can find it in loot drops from mice in the Factory. Or, if you’re like many seasoned hunters, you’ll have some leftover from last year. You can also hunt with Dark Chocolate Charms equipped with your Marshmallow Monterrey and attract shadow and forgotten mice to your trap for larger rewards.
Once your Eggscavator is calibrated and the Pan Slammer Mouse has been caught, you can hunt throughout the entire kingdom for bonus eggs. Clicking on your Eggscavator in your inventory will show you which ones you’ve caught and which ones you haven’t.
Like last year, the charged eggs have made their return to the Spring Egg Hunt! You can exchange your extra Marshmallow Monterrey for Charge Charms, which will charge up your Eggscavator to new power levels while capturing mice, making it capable of detecting hidden Charge Eggs with each hunt. The higher the charge, the more valuable egg you can discover.
For those experienced hunters, I wouldn’t count on the blessings from the devs like last year when MH went down and we all got bonus charges every 4 hours (meaning, we got TONS of high charged eggs). Looks like this year you’ll actually have to work for it!
Happy hunting, and go collect those eggs!
